【摘要】：國(guó)務(wù)院法制辦公布的《著作權(quán)法修訂草案送審稿》中對(duì)現(xiàn)行《著作權(quán)法》進(jìn)行了一系列的修改,重新規(guī)定了職務(wù)作品著作權(quán)歸屬,增加了特殊職務(wù)作品的類(lèi)型。由于職務(wù)作品是出版業(yè)常見(jiàn)的作品類(lèi)型,此次修法對(duì)出版行業(yè)將會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大的影響。本文將以《送審稿》有關(guān)職務(wù)作品的規(guī)定為切入點(diǎn),探討出版行業(yè)如何健康完善的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the draft revised draft of the copyright Law, published by the legal Affairs Office of the State Council, a series of amendments have been made to the current copyright Law, which has redefined the ownership of the copyright of a job work. The type of special post work has been added. As the job work is a common type of work in the publishing industry, the revision law will have a great impact on the publishing industry. This paper discusses how to develop the publishing industry healthily and perfectly.
