【摘要】：整個出版行業(yè)基本上是由上游的出版機構(gòu)和下游的發(fā)行渠道控制的,而出版的核心是內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè),因此整個出版行業(yè)的重點將是生產(chǎn)內(nèi)容的出版社系統(tǒng),只要以生產(chǎn)內(nèi)容的出版社系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化的管理,將大大促進整個行業(yè)的換代升級。 隨著出版行業(yè)改革的深入,引進先進的數(shù)字化管理成為整個行業(yè)改革的一個重要手段,針對整個出版行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,整合出版行業(yè)上游出版社資源并實現(xiàn)數(shù)字化管理將成為改革的一個突破口,針對整個行業(yè)出版機構(gòu)對數(shù)字管理系統(tǒng)的使用情況分析,使用ERP系統(tǒng)整合出版機構(gòu)現(xiàn)已應(yīng)用的財務(wù)電算化系統(tǒng)和發(fā)行系統(tǒng)是最為可行的手段,因此,本文選取遼寧出版集團為藍本,論述出版機構(gòu)整合應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)于出版管理的優(yōu)勢作用。 ERP系統(tǒng)是對企業(yè)物流、資金流、信息流進行一體化管理的軟件系統(tǒng),其核心管理思想就是實現(xiàn)對“供應(yīng)鏈(Supply Chain)”的管理。軟件的應(yīng)用將跨越多個部門甚至多個企業(yè)。為了達到預(yù)期設(shè)定的應(yīng)用目標,最基本的要求是系統(tǒng)能夠運行起來,實現(xiàn)集成化應(yīng)用,建立企業(yè)決策完善的數(shù)據(jù)體系和信息共享機制;企業(yè)應(yīng)用ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,企業(yè)資源計劃)系統(tǒng)的目的之一就是加強對企業(yè)內(nèi)外部資源的計劃與控制,一般來說,如果ERP系統(tǒng)僅在財務(wù)部門應(yīng)用,只能實現(xiàn)財務(wù)管理規(guī)范化、改善應(yīng)收賬款和資金管理;僅在銷售部門應(yīng)用,只能加強和改善營銷管理;僅在辦公管理部門應(yīng)用,只能及時傳遞信息;僅在生產(chǎn)部門應(yīng)用只能輔助制定生產(chǎn)計劃和物資需求計劃。只有集成一體化運行起來,才有可能達到:及時送達信息,提高資金利用率和控制經(jīng)營風險;控制產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本,縮短產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期;并可追溯生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié);減少財務(wù)壞賬、呆賬金額等。這些目標能否真正達到,還要取決于企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程重組的實施效果。 本文以這樣的原則為基礎(chǔ),主要對ERP系統(tǒng)中的兩大模塊進行了整合,并且在最后進行了操作實驗。
[Abstract]:The publishing industry is basically controlled by the publication of upstream and downstream distribution channels, which is the core content of publishing industry, the focus of the publishing industry will be publishing system production of content, as long as the press production system realizes digital content management, will greatly promote the industry upgrading.
With the deepening of the reform of the publishing industry, the introduction of advanced digital management has become an important means to reform the whole industry, according to the present situation of the publishing industry, publishing industry upstream publishing resources and achieve digital management will become a breakthrough in the reform, analyze the situation of use for the entire industry publication of digital management system, using the ERP system the integration of publishing institutions has applied financial computerization system and distribution system is the most feasible method. Therefore, this paper selects the Liaoning publishing group as a blueprint, advantages of integrated application of ERP system on publishing institutions from the publishing management.
ERP is a system of enterprise logistics, capital flow, information flow for the integrated management software system, its core management thinking is the realization of the "supply chain (Supply Chain)". The management software applications across multiple departments and multiple enterprises. In order to achieve the desired objectives should be used, is the most basic requirement the system can run up, integrated applications, data and information system to establish and perfect enterprise decision sharing mechanism; enterprise application ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, one of the enterprise resource planning) system is designed to strengthen the planning and control of the enterprise's internal and external resources in general, if the ERP system is only applied in the financial sector can only achieve standardizing the financial management, improve accounts receivable and financial management; only in the sales department, to strengthen and improve the marketing management; only in the office management department, only timely transfer Delivery of information; only make production plan and material requirement plan in the production sector can only support. Only the integration up and running, it will be possible to achieve: service information timely, improve capital utilization and control of business risks; control of production cost, shorten production cycle and production processes; traceability; reduce the financial bad debts, bad debts amount. Can really achieve these objectives, the effect also depends on the business process reengineering.
Based on this principle, this paper mainly integrates the two modules in the ERP system and carries out the operation experiment at the end.
