元評估理論在出版社社會效益評估中的應(yīng)用構(gòu)想

【摘要】:評估出版社社會效益是衡量出版社綜合實力的重要環(huán)節(jié),是推動出版社堅持社會效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益相統(tǒng)一的關(guān)鍵步驟。為保證評估結(jié)果的科學(xué)性、合理性,完整的出版社社會效益評估應(yīng)包括對評估指標(biāo)、操作方法等要素的元評估。文章將元評估理論與出版社社會效益評估實踐相結(jié)合,提出出版社社會效益評估的元評估構(gòu)想設(shè)計和應(yīng)用策略,試圖通過元評估機(jī)制的建立促使出版社社會效益評估真正發(fā)揮效能。
[Abstract]:Evaluating the social benefits of the publishing house is an important link in measuring the comprehensive strength of the publishing house, and is the key step to push the publishing house to adhere to the unity of social and economic benefits. The complete social benefit evaluation of publishing house should include the meta-evaluation of the evaluation index, operation method and other elements. This paper combines the meta-evaluation theory with the publishing house social benefit evaluation practice. This paper puts forward the design and application strategy of the meta-evaluation of publishing house's social benefit evaluation, and tries to promote the publishing house's social benefit evaluation to exert its effectiveness through the establishment of the meta-evaluation mechanism.
