【摘要】：結合編委國際化、作者國際化、作者國際合作、讀者國際化這4個國際公認的期刊國際化指標,通過人工查閱紙質期刊和下載電子數(shù)據(jù)資料,并借助文獻計量法,對《美國體育教育評論》和《鍛煉與運動研究季刊》兩種期刊的國際化歷程進行了實證分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),國際化的期刊是體育科學研究走向國際的有力支撐;美國體育學術期刊是走一條先立足北美再爭奪歐洲、大洋洲體育科技發(fā)達國家市場,最后逐步擴散至亞洲、非洲的國際化路線;期刊作者與讀者的國家分布具有非常密切的聯(lián)系,最主要的稿源國同時擁有兩種期刊最大的讀者群。美國體育學術期刊國際化發(fā)展經驗為我國體育學術期刊的國際化提供了有益啟示:辦高質量的、國際化的學術期刊是增強我國體育科技力量和擴大體育學術國際影響力的有效途徑;先向體育科技發(fā)達國家做好有選擇的、有計劃的稿源引入和輸出,在彼此交流對話中推進國際化的步伐;建立與世界數(shù)據(jù)庫互聯(lián)共享的期刊信息平臺,方便全球體育科學研究者對我國體育科技信息的獲取,迅速擴大我國體育學術期刊的全球影響力;加強編委國際化建設,增加編委會中外知名專家特別是來自科技發(fā)達國家的知名專家的比例;盡快提高我國體育學者的英語寫作水平;形成一批具有國際化定位的體育學術期刊群;體育期刊管理部門盡快構建較為完備的促進體育學術期刊國際化的支持系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Combined with the internationalization of editorial board, author internationalization, author international cooperation, reader internationalization, four internationally recognized international indexes of periodical internationalization, the paper periodicals are manually consulted and electronic data are downloaded, and the bibliometric method is used. This paper makes an empirical analysis of the internationalization process of the two journals, the American Review of physical Education and the Quarterly Journal of exercise and Sports Research. The study finds that the internationalized journals are the strong support for the international trend of sports science research. American Sports academic Journals are based on North America and then compete for Europe, Oceania sports science and technology developed countries market, finally gradually spread to Asia, Africa's international line; There is a very close relationship between the national distribution of journal authors and readers, The most important source countries have the largest readership of two kinds of periodicals at the same time. The experience of the internationalization development of American sports academic journals provides beneficial enlightenment for the internationalization of Chinese sports academic journals. Internationalized academic journals are an effective way to strengthen the strength of sports science and technology in China and to expand the international influence of sports science and technology, and to introduce and export selected and planned contributions to the developed countries of sports science and technology. To promote internationalization in the course of mutual exchange and dialogue, to establish a periodical information platform that is interconnected and shared with the world database, so as to facilitate the access of sports science researchers around the world to sports science and technology information in China. Expanding the global influence of Chinese sports academic journals, strengthening the internationalized construction of editorial committee, increasing the proportion of famous experts, especially those from the developed countries of science and technology, and increasing the proportion of famous experts at home and abroad, especially from the developed countries of science and technology. Improve the English writing level of Chinese sports scholars as soon as possible; form a group of sports academic journals with international orientation; construct a relatively complete supporting system to promote the internationalization of sports academic journals as soon as possible.
