【摘要】：構(gòu)建新聞出版業(yè)公共文化服務(wù)體系,加強新聞出版業(yè)公共服務(wù)功能建設(shè)是構(gòu)建和諧社會的重要組成部分,也是新聞出版事業(yè)在新的時代所賦予的特殊使命和重要任務(wù)。加快建立覆蓋全社會的新聞出版業(yè)公共服務(wù)體系,切實增強新聞出版業(yè)公共服務(wù)的能力和水平,是維護好、實現(xiàn)好、發(fā)展好我國人民群眾基本文化權(quán)益的主要途徑,反映了廣大人民群眾的意愿,體現(xiàn)了社會主義制度的優(yōu)越性,對于促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展、提高全民族的思想道德和科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)、建設(shè)富強民主文明和諧的社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家,具有重大意義。本文就我國新聞出版業(yè)公共服務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題,以及加強我國新聞出版業(yè)公共服務(wù)功能建設(shè)的基本思路、措施和建議進(jìn)行了分析和研究,以期為我國新聞出版業(yè)公共服務(wù)功能的理論研究與實踐探索提供參考。
[Abstract]:It is an important part of constructing a harmonious society to construct the public cultural service system and strengthen the public service function of the press and publication industry. It is also a special mission and an important task entrusted to the press and publishing industry in the new era. To speed up the establishment of a public service system for the press and publication industry covering the whole society, and to effectively enhance the ability and level of the public service of the press and publication industry, is to maintain it well. The main ways to realize and develop the basic cultural rights and interests of the masses of our country reflect the wishes of the broad masses of the people, embody the superiority of the socialist system, and contribute to the all-round development of the people. It is of great significance to improve the ideological, moral, scientific and cultural quality of the whole nation and to build a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country. The basic ideas, measures and suggestions of strengthening the construction of public service function of press and publication industry in China are analyzed and studied in order to provide a reference for the theoretical research and practical exploration of the public service function of press and publication industry in China.
