【摘要】：受目前媒體環(huán)境影響和廣電傳媒運營情況及現(xiàn)行法規(guī)的局限,版權(quán)的保護和運營存在不少問題需要解決。節(jié)目內(nèi)容是"宣傳品"還是"產(chǎn)品"的意識問題、有關(guān)新聞節(jié)目版權(quán)的認定和保護問題以及如何運用多手段進行版權(quán)運營的問題等,都需要學(xué)界和業(yè)界進一步探討與摸索。只有較好地解決了觀念、法制、組織、執(zhí)行、經(jīng)營和機制等問題,廣電傳媒節(jié)目內(nèi)容的版權(quán)保護與運營才能走上正軌,從而推進廣電傳媒在新媒體環(huán)境下的良性融合發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the current media environment and the limitations of radio and television media operations and current regulations, there are many problems to be solved in the protection and operation of copyright. The identification and protection of copyright in news programs and how to use various means to carry out copyright operation need further discussion and exploration by the academic community and the industry. Only by better solving the problems of concept, legal system, organization and implementation, Only with the management and mechanism, the copyright protection and operation of radio and television programs can be put on the right track, thus promoting the sound integration and development of radio and television media under the new media environment.
