【摘要】：文章從身份研究的新角度,結(jié)合實例,指出了當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)編輯尤其是青年學(xué)術(shù)編輯面臨的專業(yè)身份困境。闡述了建構(gòu)學(xué)者型學(xué)術(shù)編輯這一復(fù)合型身份的必要性、理論依據(jù)與建構(gòu)途徑,以及如何出于不同的工作需求,有意識、有策略地對次級身份進行動態(tài)選擇和凸顯,從而有望從根本上解決學(xué)術(shù)編輯的身份困境,提升學(xué)術(shù)編輯專業(yè)身份的認(rèn)同度,推動學(xué)術(shù)出版事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:From the new point of view of identity study, this paper points out the professional identity dilemma faced by academic editors, especially young academic editors, and expounds the necessity of constructing the complex identity of scholarly editors. The theoretical basis and construction approach, as well as how to consciously and strategically choose and highlight the secondary identity out of different work needs, which is expected to fundamentally solve the status dilemma of academic editors. To promote the professional identity of academic editors and promote the healthy development of academic publishing.
