【摘要】：正英國(guó)科研人員要求遵循多種資助機(jī)構(gòu)的開放獲取政策,他們也希望方便地獲取Springer出版的大量論文資源。Springer科學(xué)+商業(yè)媒體與Jisc達(dá)成協(xié)議,為滿足科研人員的需求,將充分考慮論文處理費(fèi)用和期刊訂閱的綜合成本。新協(xié)議對(duì)英國(guó)高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)訂購Springer高質(zhì)量期刊及全文訪問進(jìn)行限價(jià),并要求本機(jī)構(gòu)的研究者發(fā)表的論文開放獲取,這滿足了HEFCE(英格蘭高等教育基金委員會(huì))的研究卓越框架、RCUK(英國(guó)研究理事會(huì))的開放獲取政策及其他主要資助機(jī)
[Abstract]:British researchers are demanding an open access policy for a variety of funding institutions. They also want easy access to a large number of Springer publications. Springer Scientific Business Media and Jisc have reached an agreement to meet the needs of researchers. Full consideration will be given to the combined cost of paper processing and journal subscriptions. The new agreement limits the price of Springer high-quality journals and full-text access to UK institutions of higher education. Open access to papers published by researchers of the institution is required, which meets the research excellence framework of the HEFCE (higher Education Fund Committee of England).
