【摘要】：公文程式的頻繁頒布與修訂,構(gòu)成民國時(shí)期公文制度建設(shè)的外在表征,觸發(fā)了公文程式類圖書社會(huì)需求的激增。基于民國時(shí)期出版的207種公文程式類圖書,文章從出版主題、出版時(shí)間、出版機(jī)構(gòu)、出版者、出版地點(diǎn)等多視角,對(duì)民國時(shí)期公文程式類圖書出版實(shí)踐的主要狀況、基本規(guī)律與重要特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的闡釋,認(rèn)為出版界在普及新式公文、推動(dòng)中國公文程式現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮了不可忽視的作用。
[Abstract]:The frequent promulgation and revision of the official document program constitute the external representation of the construction of the official document system during the Republic of China and trigger the surge of social demand for the official document program book. Based on 207 official document program books published during the Republic of China period. From the perspectives of subject, time, organization, publisher and place of publication, the article discusses the main situation of the publishing practice of official document and program books in the Republic of China period. The basic laws and important characteristics are explained systematically, and the publishing circles play an important role in popularizing new official documents and promoting the modernization of Chinese official documents.
