【摘要】：偵探小說風(fēng)行中國出版市場,恰逢中國近代偵查制度興起之時。知識分子試圖通過譯介偵探小說推動司法變革,開啟一條傳播新知與制度啟蒙之路。清末民初翻譯界緊跟世界潮流,譯介偵探小說蔚為大觀,成為彼時的超級暢銷書。本土作家也積極模仿創(chuàng)作,依托民國時期出版市場的成熟運(yùn)作,逐漸形成中國偵探小說的作家群體和發(fā)行陣地。作為一種啟蒙讀物,偵探類小說在出版時十分注重內(nèi)容的益智性,以親和的姿態(tài)向讀者傳遞科學(xué)知識、理性分析和縝密思維,努力實現(xiàn)"法治科普的通俗教科書"的出版價值。
[Abstract]:Detective novels popular Chinese publishing market, the rise of modern China coincides with the investigation system. When intellectuals tried to promote judicial reform through the translation of detective novels, open a new communication system and know the path to enlightenment. At the end of the Qing Dynasty in translation circles closely follow the world trend, detective fiction translation a splendid sight, then become super bestseller. Local writers also actively imitation, relying on the mature operation during the period of the Republic of the publishing market, gradually formed Chinese detective fiction writers and issue positions. As a primer, puzzle of detective novels is focusing on the content at the time of publication, the transfer of scientific knowledge to readers by affinity analysis and careful attitude, rational thinking, and strive to achieve the "rule of law science the popular textbook" published value.
