基于文化產(chǎn)業(yè)大發(fā)展下的北語出版社發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:在國(guó)家大力倡導(dǎo)加快文化建設(shè)步伐,深入推進(jìn)文化體制改革的進(jìn)程,全面實(shí)現(xiàn)文化強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的大背景下,結(jié)合國(guó)家“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施和國(guó)家孔子學(xué)院在全球遍地開花的實(shí)際,立足于戰(zhàn)略管理和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究視角,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)唯一一家對(duì)外漢語出版單位、教育部直屬高校主辦的專業(yè)出版社——北京語言大學(xué)出版社的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究。 文章通過對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)資料的閱讀,通過對(duì)國(guó)外學(xué)習(xí)漢語人數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和學(xué)習(xí)漢語國(guó)家及地區(qū)分布進(jìn)行分析,提出北京語言大學(xué)出版社在推廣對(duì)外漢語、弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)文化方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),指出北京語言大學(xué)出版社的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略在出版領(lǐng)域可能存在的局限。通過對(duì)國(guó)家文化層面提供的政策支持研究和國(guó)外學(xué)習(xí)“漢語熱”持續(xù)升溫的形勢(shì)分析,明晰了北京語言大學(xué)出版社具備的語言學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì)和科研發(fā)展平臺(tái),提出了在國(guó)內(nèi)外紙質(zhì)圖書出版發(fā)展低迷的情況下,北京語言大學(xué)出版社所面臨的新型發(fā)展機(jī)遇。同時(shí),在應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)前電子出版、網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版等新興出版媒體的沖擊方面,北京語言大學(xué)出版社在未來發(fā)展過程中仍會(huì)遇到難題和挑戰(zhàn)。 文章運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,明確北京語言大學(xué)出版社在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略上的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和挑戰(zhàn),探析北京語言大學(xué)出版社在新形勢(shì)下的集紙質(zhì)出版、網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版和電子出版為一體的立體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,明確北京語言大學(xué)出版社未來應(yīng)堅(jiān)持特色化、專業(yè)化的發(fā)展定位。
[Abstract]:In the context of the country vigorously advocating to speed up the pace of cultural construction, in-depth promotion of the process of cultural system reform, the overall realization of the strategy of cultural power under the background. Combined with the implementation of the national "going out" strategy and the fact that the national Confucius Institute is blooming all over the world, based on the perspective of strategic management and the development of cultural industry, the only Chinese publishing company in China is a foreign language publishing unit. The development strategy of Beijing language University Press, sponsored by the Ministry of Education. Through reading a lot of literature and analyzing the statistics of the number of Chinese learners abroad and the distribution of the countries and regions learning Chinese, the paper puts forward that Beijing language and language University Press is promoting Chinese as a foreign language. Promote the advantages of traditional culture. This paper points out the possible limitations of the development strategy of Beijing language and language University Press in the field of publishing. Through the research on the policy support provided by the national cultural level and the situation analysis of the rising trend of the "hot Chinese learning" in foreign countries. This paper clarifies the advantages of language subject and the development platform of scientific research in Beijing language and language University Press, and puts forward the situation that the development of paper publishing at home and abroad is in the doldrums. Beijing language and Culture University Press is faced with a new development opportunities. At the same time, in response to the current electronic publishing, network publishing and other emerging publishing media impact. Beijing language and Culture University Press will still encounter problems and challenges in the process of future development. By using SWOT analysis, this paper clarifies the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Beijing language and language University Press in the development strategy, and probes into the paper publishing of Beijing language and language University Press under the new situation. With the integration of network publishing and electronic publishing, it is clear that Beijing language and language University Press should insist on the development orientation of specialty and specialization in the future.
