【摘要】：1916年夏天,北京大學預科生茅盾進入商務印書館。總經理張元濟對其定位為"試辦生"。張元濟很快從茅盾的一封便箋性質的信中發(fā)現(xiàn)了其才情,讓編輯所所長高夢旦把茅盾安排到充滿挑戰(zhàn)的崗位上去歷練。茅盾抓住機遇,開始了在商務十年的迅速成才之路。他憑著天賦與勤奮,在五四新文化運動中嶄露頭角。綜觀茅盾的成名之路,可以看出,是中國最大的出版機構商務印書館,最早成就了新派編輯家茅盾,同時又成就了作家茅盾和評論家茅盾。
[Abstract]:In the summer of 1916, Mao Dun, a prep student at Peking University, entered the Commercial Press. Zhang Yuanji, the general manager, positioned him as a "pilot student." Zhang Yuanji quickly found his talent in a letter of the nature of Mao Dun's note. Let Gao Mengdan, director of the editorial Institute, put Mao Dun into a challenging position. Mao Dun seized the opportunity and began the rapid success of the business decade. He is talented and diligent.
