【摘要】："工匠精神"是對(duì)工作的一種傾心熱愛(ài)、認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、精益求精、鍥而不舍、吃苦耐勞、創(chuàng)新求異的職業(yè)態(tài)度與自我完善精神。書刊出版領(lǐng)域亟須弘揚(yáng)這一精神,以打造一流出版單位和精品書刊。新時(shí)期,應(yīng)將精益求精的"工匠精神"貫穿編輯出版工作的全過(guò)程,融入包括細(xì)節(jié)在內(nèi)的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),積極繼承、弘揚(yáng)"匠心獨(dú)運(yùn)"的創(chuàng)新精神,大力營(yíng)造以"工匠精神"為特色的出版企業(yè)文化。
