【摘要】：在對期刊責任編輯進行角色定位的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了責任編輯應(yīng)承擔的職責與具備的能力。期刊編輯要重視文化審思、要有高遠的文化視野和追求,期刊編輯的工作成果不僅要滿足人們的文化需求,而且要提升人們的文化品味。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the role orientation of the responsible editors of periodicals, this paper expounds the responsibilities and abilities of the responsible editors. The editors of periodicals should attach importance to cultural thinking and have a high cultural vision and pursuit. The work of periodical editors should not only meet people's cultural needs, but also enhance people's cultural taste.
