【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)字時代進(jìn)程的不斷深化,傳統(tǒng)出版社幾乎都選擇了向數(shù)字出版業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型之路。面對競爭更為激烈的數(shù)字化出版市場,傳統(tǒng)出版社如何在機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的市場競爭中,確立以及維護(hù)自己的競爭優(yōu)勢;如何選擇合適的數(shù)字出版發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,將對出版社未來很長一段時間的發(fā)展有著至關(guān)重要的影響。因此,本文以我國教育出版界的標(biāo)桿性企業(yè)——HEP出版社為例,研究其數(shù)字出版發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在當(dāng)下具有非常重要的意義。一方面,研究為轉(zhuǎn)型后的HEP出版社自身發(fā)展探明道路,具有現(xiàn)實意義。另一方面,研究也為傳統(tǒng)出版社,特別是傳統(tǒng)教育出版社如何選擇數(shù)字出版發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了很好的參考思路。本文首先運用PEST分析法、波特五力模型、SWOT分析法分析工具,對HEP出版社數(shù)字出版所處的外部環(huán)境及行業(yè)競爭進(jìn)行了分析,闡明了HEP出版社數(shù)字出版當(dāng)前的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會、威脅。接著基于HEP出版社數(shù)字發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)與定位,并結(jié)合SWOT戰(zhàn)略矩陣方案分析,提出了HEP出版社數(shù)字出版的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略——增長型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,其戰(zhàn)略重點為:“多種出版模式+盈利模式”的融合;創(chuàng)新在線課程的數(shù)字出版;產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈前向一體化。隨后,針對增長型戰(zhàn)略提出戰(zhàn)略實施方案。本文最后總結(jié)了主要研究、不足之處及研究展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of the process of the digital era of the Internet, the traditional publishing house almost all chose to digital publishing business transformation of the road. In the face of more intense competition in the digital publishing market, the traditional press in the opportunities and challenges of the market competition, establish and maintain their competitive advantage; how to choose the appropriate digital publishing development strategy, will has a great influence on the development of press in the future for a long time. Therefore, based on China's education publishing enterprise benchmarking circle -- HEP press as an example, research on the development strategy of digital publishing, has very important significance in the present study. On the one hand, proven road after the transformation of HEP press development that is of practical significance. On the other hand, the research for traditional press, especially how to choose the traditional education press digital publishing development strategy provides a Good reference. In this paper, by using PEST analysis, Potter five forces model, SWOT analysis tool, the HEP press digital publishing of the external environment and industry competition are analyzed, expounded the HEP press digital publishing current advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. And then target the development strategy of HEP press based on digital, and combined with the SWOT matrix analysis strategy scheme, put forward development strategy of digital publishing press HEP - growth oriented development strategy, its strategic focus is: "the integration of a variety of publishing mode + profit model"; a new online course of the digital publishing industry chain; forward integration. Then, puts forward the growth strategy implementation plan strategy. This paper summarized the main research deficiencies and research prospects.
