在制造業(yè)部門推行數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型:工業(yè)4.0與中國制造2025

  本文的目標(biāo)是深入了解數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型。數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型已成為當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)基本方面。通過對50多項(xiàng)書籍、論文和研究之進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的文獻(xiàn)綜述,本文將從私有層面和國家層面分析促進(jìn)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的重要性。本文將為數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型在企業(yè)的成功實(shí)施提供框架,并為在一個(gè)國家成功促進(jìn)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型提供框架。在第二種情況下,本文進(jìn)一步審視了意大利和中國政府制定的計(jì)劃和戰(zhàn)略,重點(diǎn)是制造業(yè)的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型(工業(yè)4.0)。本文分析了兩國采取的措施、結(jié)果、問題和差異。這項(xiàng)研究清楚地表明,從一方面講,企業(yè)的運(yùn)營和流程的數(shù)字化很重要,而另一方面,如果沒有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,這種數(shù)字化也算不上什么。本質(zhì)上,必須將技術(shù)視為增強(qiáng)員工能力,更好地了解客戶并與之建立聯(lián)系并轉(zhuǎn)變業(yè)務(wù)流程的手段。但是要從數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型中獲益,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能是必需的。進(jìn)一步說,還需要改變政府使用的方法和決策過程。數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型為社會創(chuàng)造了價(jià)值,但只有通過公司與國家之間的合作以及政府承諾消除轉(zhuǎn)型障礙(例如基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施差距、缺乏激勵(lì)措施、過時(shí)或過于復(fù)雜的法規(guī)……),才能把握住這一價(jià)值。。此外,在對《中國制造2025》和《工業(yè)4.0》(意大利計(jì)劃)進(jìn)行深入分析之后,本研究著重指出,盡管政府在應(yīng)對數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型方面所采取...
