慢性萎縮性胃炎作為一種癌前病變,越來越受到人們的重視。既往研究發(fā)現(xiàn)補(bǔ)充葉酸可有效逆轉(zhuǎn)慢性萎縮性胃炎進(jìn)程,降低胃癌發(fā)生率。葉酸通過單碳代謝保障DNA甲基化,延緩慢性萎縮性胃炎進(jìn)展為異型增生的進(jìn)程,通過抗炎和抗氧化作用抑制黏膜炎癥,預(yù)防胃癌。由于研究人群、數(shù)量、劑量、干預(yù)時(shí)機(jī)、基因多態(tài)性和其他致癌因素的影響,不同研究之間呈現(xiàn)出雙向結(jié)果。目前對(duì)葉酸補(bǔ)充治療的方案和療效仍有一定爭(zhēng)議,其機(jī)制也尚未闡明。
