用于測定銅熔煉渣中含砷物相的選擇性逐級提取方法及其評價(英文)

開發(fā)一種優(yōu)化的選擇性逐級提取方法并用于評價銅熔煉渣中含砷物相組成。該方法將銅熔煉渣中的含砷物相歸類為水溶性砷、可溶性砷酸鹽、難溶性砷酸鹽、含砷硫化物、毒砂和金屬砷以及固化于玻璃相中的砷。采用電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、X射線衍射和紅外光譜等手段對各級提取液和渣進行表征。采用單一物相提取實驗評價提取試劑的選擇性和砷回收率。結(jié)果表明,爐渣中各組分砷的比例與文獻報道具有較好的一致性,且總砷回收率保持在90%以上。這表明,此研究優(yōu)化的選擇性逐級提取方法能可靠地應(yīng)用于銅冶煉含砷副產(chǎn)物中含砷物相的成分評價。
