化樂(lè)煤礦泥化軟巖巷道支護(hù)及快速掘進(jìn)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)化樂(lè)煤礦1201運(yùn)輸平巷地質(zhì)條件,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室試驗(yàn)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、理論分析、數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工業(yè)性試驗(yàn)等方法,對(duì)化樂(lè)煤礦泥化軟巖巷道支護(hù)及快速掘進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入分析研究。通過(guò)巖石力學(xué)測(cè)試和巖樣組分分析,認(rèn)為化樂(lè)煤礦1201運(yùn)輸平巷屬于泥化軟巖巷道。分析認(rèn)為導(dǎo)致1201運(yùn)輸平巷圍巖變形失穩(wěn)的主要原因有:○1圍巖承載能力低且遇水泥化膨脹,產(chǎn)生膨脹壓力;○2 U型鋼支架架后空間使支架受到不均勻的集中荷載和偏心荷載作用,造成支架在很小的地壓下即發(fā)生變形破壞;○3頂板破碎,臨時(shí)支護(hù)不合理導(dǎo)致巷道頂板隨挖隨冒。根據(jù)1201運(yùn)輸平巷地質(zhì)條件進(jìn)行了支護(hù)方案設(shè)計(jì),確定采用管棚法進(jìn)行超前支護(hù),管棚長(zhǎng)度6m、環(huán)向間距30cm、傾角5°,采用U25型鋼+注漿+噴漿進(jìn)行永久支護(hù),U型鋼排距0.8m,注漿材料參數(shù)W:C=1:1、S:C=0.04:1,并結(jié)合FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬軟件對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。分析了1201運(yùn)輸平巷掘進(jìn)速度低的主要原因,并從施工技術(shù)和施工工序兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。針對(duì)1201運(yùn)輸平巷圍巖特點(diǎn),對(duì)懸臂式掘進(jìn)機(jī)截割路線進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并針對(duì)巷道底板軟弱情況下掘進(jìn)機(jī)行走困難的問(wèn)題提出了解決方案。運(yùn)用PERT網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù),對(duì)巷道掘進(jìn)施工工序進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),繪制了1201運(yùn)輸平巷巷道掘進(jìn)工序網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖。
[Abstract]:According to the geological conditions of 1201 transport roadway in Huale Coal Mine, the methods of laboratory test, field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field industrial test are used in this paper. In this paper, the support and fast tunneling technology of muddy soft rock roadway in Huale Coal Mine are deeply analyzed and studied. Through rock mechanics test and rock sample composition analysis, it is considered that 1201 transport roadway of Huale Coal Mine belongs to muddy soft rock roadway. It is considered that the main reasons for the deformation and instability of surrounding rock in 1201 transport roadway are the low bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of Wei 01 and the expansion of the surrounding rock in cement, resulting in expansion pressure. The rear space of 02U steel support frame causes the support to be subjected to uneven concentrated load and eccentric load, resulting in the deformation and destruction of the support under very small ground pressure, and the breaking of the roof of the support. The unreasonable temporary support causes the roof of the roadway to rise with the excavation. According to the geological conditions of 1201 transport roadway, the support scheme is designed, and the pipe shed method is adopted to support ahead of time. The length of the pipe shed is 6 m, the circumferential distance is 30 cm, and the inclination angle is 5 擄. The U25 steel grouting is used for the permanent support of the U-shaped steel row distance of 0.8 m, and the grouting material parameter W: C: 1: 1 S: C0. 04: 1. The design scheme is tested with the FLAC3D numerical simulation software. This paper analyzes the main reasons for the low driving speed of 1201 transport roadway and optimizes it from two aspects: construction technology and construction procedure. According to the characteristics of surrounding rock of 1201 transport roadway, the cutting route of cantilever roadheader is optimized, and the solution is put forward to solve the problem that roadheader is difficult to walk under the condition of weak roadway floor. Using PERT network planning technology, the optimization design of roadway tunneling construction procedure is carried out, and the network diagram of 1201 transportation roadway tunneling procedure is drawn.
