核殼類生物質(zhì)微波熱解制備高品質(zhì)生物炭研究

  隨著能源需求的不斷增大,石油資源緊缺和全球氣候問題的挑戰(zhàn)迫使人們開發(fā)更先進(jìn)的方法來使用生物質(zhì)資源。微波熱解是一種生產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)生物炭的先進(jìn)技術(shù),該技術(shù)不僅可以制備高品質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品,更重要的是,熱解過程綠色環(huán)保。在微波場中,熱解所需能量以輻射形式傳播,區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)由外到內(nèi)的加熱技術(shù),該過程具有快速和均勻加熱的特點(diǎn)。影響微波熱解的因素有很多,包括:反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間、微波功率、反應(yīng)物類型和微波吸收劑等。本論文使用兩種殼類生物質(zhì)原料制備生物質(zhì)炭,并對其進(jìn)行表征分析以及用于重金屬吸附研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)以椰殼和核桃殼為原料,在不同溫度(150,180,200,250,300°C)條件下在管式爐中預(yù)處理2小時,然后探究原料在不同微波炭化溫度(400,600,800°C)和微波吸收劑(SiC,AC)條件下所得生物質(zhì)炭的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)特征,并在600°C、CO2活化的條件下,進(jìn)一步探究活化時間(30,50,90,120 min)對所得活性炭品質(zhì)的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,炭化溫度的適當(dāng)升高有助于提高生物質(zhì)熱解炭和活性炭的產(chǎn)率并增大其比表面積。在如下條件下獲得的生物炭性能最佳:活化溫度600°C,制備時間60 m...
