頂端外胚層嵴對肢體發(fā)育的立體調(diào)控(英文)

理解胚胎肢體發(fā)育有助于更加全面地了解肢體的發(fā)生和分化,同時對于相關(guān)基因療法和肢體再生具有臨床指導(dǎo)意義。本文綜述了頂端外胚層嵴(AER)參與胚胎肢體發(fā)育調(diào)控的研究進(jìn)展及機(jī)理,重點總結(jié)了AER對肢體發(fā)育三個軸向的立體調(diào)控,包括基因表達(dá)調(diào)控、信號通路及相關(guān)調(diào)控中心,并進(jìn)一步討論了各信號中心之間的交互作用及現(xiàn)有研究待解決問題,從而加深對肢體發(fā)育異常、肢端異常等疾病的理解。
