埃塞俄比亞糧食作物苔麩(Eragrostis tef)居群基因組學(xué)及重要農(nóng)藝性狀全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析

苔麩(Eragrostis tef)是埃塞俄比亞種植最廣泛的谷類(lèi)作物之一,具有重要農(nóng)業(yè)價(jià)值,同時(shí)也是一種在全球廣受歡迎的健康食品。埃塞俄比亞生物多樣性研究中心基因庫(kù)中已保存了從不同的農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)區(qū)域中收集的大量苔麩種質(zhì)資源,然而,目前對(duì)這些種質(zhì)資源的基礎(chǔ)生物學(xué)研究十分有限,其遺傳變異水平及地理分布模式、農(nóng)藝性狀的遺傳學(xué)基礎(chǔ)等仍不十分清楚。全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)研究和開(kāi)發(fā)高分辨率的分子標(biāo)記對(duì)于Eragrostis tef的居群遺傳學(xué)研究及分子育種等至關(guān)重要。本研究對(duì)來(lái)源于埃塞俄比亞生物多樣性研究中心基因庫(kù)中保存的苔麩種質(zhì)資源進(jìn)行了農(nóng)藝性狀表型的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;基于葉綠體基因組測(cè)序開(kāi)發(fā)了分子遺傳標(biāo)記并進(jìn)行了代表種質(zhì)資源的遺傳變異及其地理分布模式分析;基于基因組重測(cè)序進(jìn)行了樣本的親緣關(guān)系及重要農(nóng)藝性狀全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析。相關(guān)的研究結(jié)果如下:(1)對(duì)32個(gè)E.tef樣品進(jìn)行了葉綠體全基因組測(cè)序及組裝,結(jié)果顯示,其葉綠體基因組的大小從134,349-134,437 bp,GC含量約38.3%;蚪M注釋得到112個(gè)基因,其中包括77個(gè)蛋白質(zhì)編碼,31個(gè)tRNA和4個(gè)rRNA基因。葉綠體基因組比較分析表明,其種內(nèi)序列變...
