擬南芥響應(yīng)高鈣的miRNAs的篩選與鑒定(英文)

喀斯特地區(qū)土壤中鈣含量較高。土壤鈣含量過高會抑制植物生長,進(jìn)而影響農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。目前,對植物應(yīng)答和耐受高鈣脅迫的機(jī)理研究還不深入。miRNAs在植物對生物和非生物脅迫的響應(yīng)中起重要調(diào)控作用。本文應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)錄組測序,對高鈣響應(yīng)擬南芥根部miRNAs進(jìn)行分析,篩選到受高鈣脅迫顯著影響的12個miRNAs,并對其靶基因進(jìn)行了預(yù)測和分析。實(shí)時定量PCR分析證實(shí),大部分差異表達(dá)miRNAs和其靶基因表達(dá)負(fù)相關(guān)。本研究為進(jìn)一步揭示miRNAs在植物響應(yīng)高鈣脅迫過程中的調(diào)控作用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
