Cyc8-Tup1轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控復(fù)合物在里氏木霉纖維素酶基因表達(dá)過程中的作用機(jī)制研究

木質(zhì)纖維素類生物質(zhì)資源是地球上最為豐富的可再生資源,在大宗生物基產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)中有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。有效利用生物質(zhì)資源不僅可以解決人類社會(huì)面臨的日益嚴(yán)重的能源危機(jī),還可以變廢為寶解決由于焚燒秸稈帶來的環(huán)境污染問題。我國(guó)作為農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),提高生物質(zhì)能源在新能源領(lǐng)域的占有率,既符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略要求,也是生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的迫切需求。里氏木霉是降解生物質(zhì)的模式真菌,也是纖維素酶的主要工業(yè)生產(chǎn)菌株。近幾十年來,人們通過對(duì)纖維素酶理化性質(zhì)的研究,初步解析了里氏木霉纖維素酶系在降解纖維素過程中的協(xié)同作用機(jī)制,并通過合理優(yōu)化里氏木霉酶系組成大幅提升了纖維素的水解效率。進(jìn)一步提高里氏木霉纖維素酶的生產(chǎn)能力,從而降低纖維素酶使用成本是推動(dòng)生物燃料乙醇及其他大宗生物基化學(xué)品工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的前提。近些年的研究表明,里氏木霉纖維素酶基因的表達(dá)受到光信號(hào)和胞外營(yíng)養(yǎng)信號(hào)的調(diào)控,深入解析這些信號(hào)通路機(jī)制并對(duì)其加以有效整合是提高其纖維素酶生產(chǎn)能力的關(guān)鍵。雖然人們已經(jīng)鑒定到多種參與里氏木霉纖維素酶基因表達(dá)的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控因子,但這些因子調(diào)控纖維素酶基因表達(dá)的精確機(jī)制目前還不是十分清楚。因此,系統(tǒng)闡述里氏木霉纖維素酶表達(dá)調(diào)控的分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)機(jī)制,并...
