肯尼亞山五種千里光屬植物葉綠體基因組比較分析

千里光屬(Senecio)植物除南極洲外,在世界其他地區(qū)均有分布。該屬植物多具有重要經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,包括具觀賞價(jià)值的多肉品種,及具藥用價(jià)值的物種。在肯尼亞,千里光屬植物主要分布在山區(qū),肯尼亞山地區(qū)的該屬植物因物種多樣性高、生活史復(fù)雜程度高,是研究千里光屬植物分類及系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化的良好材料。本研究選擇肯尼亞山區(qū)五種千里光屬植物S.keniophytum、S.schweinfurthii、S.roseiflorus、S.moorei、&purtschellerS.采用高通量測序技術(shù)對(duì)五種千里光屬植物的葉綠體基因組進(jìn)行測序,使用在線程序Dual Organellar Genome Annotator進(jìn)行葉綠體基因組注釋,Mauve軟件進(jìn)行序列比對(duì),植物RNA編輯器用于RNA編輯,MIcroSAtellite用于識(shí)別微衛(wèi)星RAxML用于微衛(wèi)星和系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析的。結(jié)果如下:(1)五種千里光屬植物拼接組裝后的葉綠體基因組大小從151,191bp(S.purtschelleri)到151,413bp(S.keniophytum),葉綠體基因組包含87個(gè)蛋白質(zhì)編碼基因,8個(gè)rRNA基因和34個(gè)tRNA基因,...
