高豆粕飼料中添加丁酸甘油酯對(duì)黑鯛幼魚(yú)的影響

  豆粕替代魚(yú)粉在水產(chǎn)飼料生產(chǎn)中已取得了多方面的進(jìn)展,但由于豆粕中氨基酸不平衡和抗?fàn)I養(yǎng)因子的存在,豆粕高水平或完全替代魚(yú)粉的效果并不理想。為了提高豆粕替代魚(yú)粉的效果,在飼料中添加飼料添加劑是可行的方式。丁酸甘油酯是一種丁酸酯衍生物,在維持腸胃健康和提高動(dòng)物生長(zhǎng)性能方面具有重要作用。丁酸甘油酯參與動(dòng)物的腸道粘膜防御、炎癥反應(yīng)、抗氧化、細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)分化以及腸道免疫調(diào)節(jié)。因此,飼料中添加丁酸甘油酯在動(dòng)物生產(chǎn)中具有重要意義。黑鯛是中國(guó)養(yǎng)殖魚(yú)類(lèi)中一種名貴商品魚(yú),其肉質(zhì)鮮美,深受消費(fèi)者歡迎。該試驗(yàn)以黑鯛作為研究對(duì)象,以高豆粕的飼料中添加不同種類(lèi)和水平的丁酸甘油酯為研究?jī)?nèi)容,研究主要結(jié)果歸納如下:1.該實(shí)驗(yàn)旨在研究在高豆粕基礎(chǔ)飼料中添加不同水平的三丁酸甘油酯(tributyrin,TB)的效果。設(shè)計(jì)了七組試驗(yàn)飼料,包括PC(positive control)(456 g kg-1魚(yú)粉,120 g kg-1豆粕),NC(negative control)(209 g kg-1魚(yú)粉,450 g kg-1豆粕),和分別添加0.5,1,2,4,8g TB每千克NC飼料組成的TB飼料。最終,飼喂PC飼料的魚(yú)體增重和特...
