短期饑餓和再喂養(yǎng)對(duì)尼羅河羅非魚的影響(奧利奧米米西尼羅蒂,林奈斯1758年):生長(zhǎng)、免疫、新陳代謝和腸道微生物群

水體中的環(huán)境變化可導(dǎo)致饑餓。隨著季節(jié)的變更,魚類在它們的自然棲息地或在養(yǎng)殖中都會(huì)有食物短缺的時(shí)候。大多數(shù)魚類都能抵御饑餓,并通過調(diào)整新陳代謝和自身行為來維持身體的能量,以求生存和生長(zhǎng)。但饑餓對(duì)尼羅羅非魚腸道微生物區(qū)系、消化酶活性和其他免疫反應(yīng)的影響尚不完全清楚。本研究評(píng)價(jià)了饑餓和復(fù)飼對(duì)尼羅羅非魚生長(zhǎng)、代謝、免疫和腸道微生物區(qū)系的影響,探討了饑餓和復(fù)飼對(duì)尼羅羅非魚生長(zhǎng)、代謝、免疫和腸道微生物區(qū)系的影響。將健康尼羅羅非魚魚苗隨機(jī)分為投喂組(對(duì)照)和饑餓組,第一階段,在相同的條件下(投喂除外)飼養(yǎng)21天。這些魚在分組前已暫養(yǎng)兩周。饑餓處理后(即21天后),饑餓組用商品飼料重新喂飽(復(fù)飼組)。分別對(duì)投喂組、饑餓組和再投喂組的體重增長(zhǎng)百分比(WG%)、體重減少率(WL%)、條件因子(CF)、肝體指數(shù)(HSI)和體重(Q)等生物計(jì)量指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。第一階段,投喂組和饑餓組之間的采樣時(shí)間分別為0、3、7、10、14和21天。第二階段由投喂組和復(fù)飼組組成,取樣時(shí)間分別為21、28、35和42天。饑餓時(shí)魚的體重顯著下降,復(fù)飼后顯著恢復(fù)(P<0.05)。血液學(xué)指標(biāo)白細(xì)胞(WBCs)、血紅蛋白(HGB)...
