飼料添加酵母培養(yǎng)物對凡納濱對蝦和珍珠龍膽石斑魚生長、免疫和抗病力的影響

  目前,石斑魚和凡納濱對蝦養(yǎng)殖面臨的一項主要挑戰(zhàn)是細(xì)菌性疾病。使用抗生素預(yù)防和控制病原微生物一直與抗藥性病原體的發(fā)展和生物積累等問題有關(guān)。目前,在水產(chǎn)動物飼料中添加功能性飼料添加劑,有利于促進(jìn)生長、免疫應(yīng)答和抵抗細(xì)菌感染。因此,本研究以兩種不同酵母培養(yǎng)蛋白(50%和55%粗蛋白)為研究對象,探討它們對凡納濱對蝦和珍珠龍膽石斑魚生長和免疫力的促進(jìn)作用。1.本試驗研究了添加不同濃度的酵母培養(yǎng)物對凡納濱對蝦生長、飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率、體成分、腸道形態(tài)、微生物群落、免疫應(yīng)答和抗哈維氏弧菌感染的影響,包括C0(20%)、A1(1%)、A2(2%)、B1(1%)和B2(2%)。經(jīng)過56天飼喂試驗,酵母培養(yǎng)組與對照組比較,結(jié)果表明:酵母培養(yǎng)組在以下指標(biāo)、最終體重、增重率、比生長率、成活率、飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率等方面均有顯著改善(P<0.05)。B2日糧組中蝦血清總蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、過氧化氫酶、堿性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、溶菌酶和酚氧化酶含量(2%)顯著高于B2日糧組(P<0.05)。與之相反,實驗觀察到在B2(2%)喂食組中,血清膽固醇、甘油三酯、天冬氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶和丙氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶的變化趨勢顯著降低(P<0....
