植核后馬氏珠母貝黑殼色選育群體與對(duì)照群體免疫基因表達(dá)量與育珠性能比較

  馬氏珠母貝(Pinctada fucata martensii)是生產(chǎn)海水珍珠主要物種。通過(guò)植核手術(shù)生產(chǎn)珍珠在世界范圍內(nèi)備受關(guān)注,馬氏珠母貝生產(chǎn)的珍珠占珍珠產(chǎn)量的90%以上。我們通過(guò)群體選育培育了紅、黃、黑與白殼色群體。前期研究表明,紅色、黃色、黑色、白色和棕色(最常見(jiàn))殼色群體表現(xiàn)出不同的生長(zhǎng)和繁殖能力,例如植入核后黑色殼色群體具有較高的成活率、留核率等。本研究中,以對(duì)照養(yǎng)殖群體為參考,比較了植核后黑殼色群體免疫相關(guān)基因的表達(dá)量、免疫酶活力與產(chǎn)珠性能差異。1.黑殼色群體和對(duì)照群體植核后的存活率、留核率和免疫酶活性比較本研究比較了BG和CG的總類胡蘿卜素含量(TCC)。對(duì)BG進(jìn)行了植核實(shí)驗(yàn)。比較移植后不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)BG與CG的存活率、留珠率、免疫力和抗氧化能力。結(jié)果表明,BG組的TCC顯著大于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。植核后第7、30、360天,BG組存活率和留珠率均顯著高于CG組(P<0.05)。360天時(shí),BS組珍珠厚度顯著大于CG組(P<0.05)。BG在植核后0h、12h、1d、3d、5d、7d和30d的ACP、AKP、SOD、CAT、TAOC和LZ活性均高于CG組...
