重金屬Cu 2+ 對(duì)克氏原螯蝦的免疫毒性研究

  近年來(lái),我國(guó)水域環(huán)境的污染狀況日趨嚴(yán)重。2003-2014年的《中國(guó)環(huán)境狀況公報(bào)》均指出:重金屬銅是我國(guó)漁業(yè)水域的主要污染物之一。即使在較低的濃度,銅也能夠抑制甲殼動(dòng)物的免疫功能,提高宿主對(duì)病原微生物的易感性,這給水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)造成了極大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。酚氧化酶原激活系統(tǒng)(proPO-AS)是甲殼動(dòng)物高效的免疫識(shí)別系統(tǒng),其活性的變化與機(jī)體的抗病能力密切相關(guān)。但目前,重金屬Cu2+脅迫是如何調(diào)控proPO-AS的及其可能的機(jī)制尚不明確。本研究以克氏原螯蝦為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,重金屬Cu2+為脅迫因子,采取96 h靜態(tài)急性染毒實(shí)驗(yàn),獲得到克氏原螯蝦的半致死濃度LC50=22.14mg·L-1。根據(jù)LC50分別設(shè)置1.0,3.0,5.0和10.0mg·L-1(近似于1/20,1/7,1/4和1/2 96h-LC50)4個(gè)Cu2+染毒組,并設(shè)1個(gè)空白對(duì)照組。在染毒24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h后,分別采集血淋巴液、鰓和肝胰腺等組織...
