中國(guó)陸地棉遺傳分化與適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化的基因組學(xué)研究

陸地棉是當(dāng)今世界上最重要的纖維作物。通過人類的馴化選擇、現(xiàn)代陸地棉品種已經(jīng)擁有更高的產(chǎn)量和更好的品質(zhì)。遺傳多樣性是品種改良的關(guān)鍵、但是在人工選擇和當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境的綜合壓力下、陸地棉遺傳多樣性損失巨大。野生種和廢棄老品種是加強(qiáng)遺傳基礎(chǔ)和累積有利性狀的優(yōu)良基因源。我們重新評(píng)估了一個(gè)在中國(guó)南方廣泛分布陸地棉半野生種系—蓬蓬棉(G.purpurascens)。本研究主要分析蓬蓬棉的群體結(jié)構(gòu)特征、變異情況以及其對(duì)陸地棉適應(yīng)性和育種的改良潛力、為揭示陸地棉馴化過程中基因組演化提供新的見解。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了蓬蓬棉與現(xiàn)代品種、廢棄老品種、中國(guó)南方搜集材料和中美洲地理種系之間存在廣泛的分化。此外、通過篩選蓬蓬棉和現(xiàn)代品種之間多樣性減少值的前1%、共鑒定到199個(gè)選擇性清除區(qū)間。這些區(qū)間與一些前人發(fā)表的性狀相關(guān)QTL區(qū)間重疊;谌蚪M重測(cè)序、本研究同時(shí)對(duì)陸地棉地理種系、廢棄老品種和現(xiàn)代品種基因型進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)估。共鑒定到93個(gè)差異區(qū)間和311個(gè)選擇性清除區(qū)間與馴化和改良相關(guān)。同時(shí)我們通過全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析(GWAS)鑒定了與性狀相關(guān)的差異區(qū)間和選擇性清除區(qū)間、這些QTL/基因主要與開花期、纖維品質(zhì)和其他一些形態(tài)性狀...
