甘藍(lán)型油菜開(kāi)花調(diào)控因子BnaA3.FRI的功能分析和基于染色體代換系的花期QTL定位

開(kāi)花是受多個(gè)基因控制的數(shù)量性狀,適時(shí)開(kāi)花有利于植物躲避不利外界環(huán)境并順利繁殖后代;對(duì)于農(nóng)作物而言,適時(shí)開(kāi)花是獲得穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)量的前提條件。甘藍(lán)型油菜是世界上重要的油料作物,具有重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。按照其開(kāi)花對(duì)春化的需求甘藍(lán)型油菜被分為三種生態(tài)型:春油菜、半冬性油菜和冬油菜。QTL定位結(jié)合與擬南芥的比較基因組分析在油菜基因組中檢測(cè)到大量控制開(kāi)花的主效QTL位點(diǎn)和候選基因。盡管如此,甘藍(lán)型油菜的開(kāi)花調(diào)控機(jī)制還尚未清楚:1)主效開(kāi)花QTL缺乏深入的分子機(jī)理解析;2)多數(shù)易受環(huán)境影響的微效QTL位點(diǎn)很少被檢測(cè)更缺乏分子水平的研究;3)開(kāi)花QTL/基因間的互作缺乏研究。為了進(jìn)一步揭示甘藍(lán)型油菜的開(kāi)花調(diào)控,本研究分析了開(kāi)花主效基因Bna A3.FRI與油菜生態(tài)型和適應(yīng)性之間的關(guān)系,并深入解析了Bna A3.FRI調(diào)控開(kāi)花的分子機(jī)制。此外,實(shí)驗(yàn)室前期利用早花親本No.2127為供體親本,晚花親本中油821(ZY821)為輪回親本,構(gòu)建了染色體片段代換系。本研究利用已構(gòu)建的代換系,通過(guò)連鎖分析在A2染色體上定位到一個(gè)調(diào)控油菜開(kāi)花的微效QTL位點(diǎn)。主要結(jié)果如下:1.甘藍(lán)型油菜開(kāi)花調(diào)控因子Bna A3.FRI的功能...
