有機物不同添加方式對中國黑土有機碳動態(tài)及激發(fā)效應影響的機制

  本研究采用室內(nèi)模擬培養(yǎng)試驗,以中國典型農(nóng)田土壤吉林黑土為研究對象,探究了葡萄糖不同添加方式(單次和重復添加)對土壤微生物生物量碳氮,土壤二氧化碳釋放速率和累積釋放量及土壤有機碳激發(fā)效應的影響。稱取相當于40g干土的鮮樣裝入250 mL 肖特瓶。每個處理設置5次重復,試驗采用兩因子完全隨機設計。因素(A),包括單次和重復兩種不同的葡萄糖添加方式。其中單次添加是指在實驗開始時一次添加試驗設置的碳添加量,而重復添加是指與單次添加等量的碳分5次添加到培養(yǎng)土壤中,對照處理僅添加等量的蒸餾水。因素(B),包括5個肥力水平依次增加的黑土,分別為:土壤Ⅰ,土壤Ⅱ,土壤Ⅲ,土壤Ⅳ和土壤Ⅴ。13C的葡萄糖按土壤有機碳2%的碳添加量,以葡萄糖溶液的形式均勻的加入到培養(yǎng)土壤中。結果表明,不同添加方式對SMBC產(chǎn)生了不同的影響。單次和重復添加處理下SMBC比對照處理分別增加22.9%和11.9%。對土壤肥力水平土壤而言,土壤Ⅳ的SMBC增加最大(比土壤Ⅰ整體上平均增加90%),其次為土壤Ⅴ(比土壤Ⅰ平均增加了 83%)。在培養(yǎng)初期(兩周),單次添加處理土壤CO2釋放量...
