鏵式犁作用下的水田土壤三維形變及牽引力研究

  耕作過程中,牽引力、變形力和土壤應(yīng)力等多種力相互作用。詳細(xì)研究不同環(huán)境下力的相互作用機(jī)理有助于更好地理解耕作過程。影響上述力的因素有很多,包括土壤類型、土壤物理性質(zhì)、流變性質(zhì)以及濕度、速度和耕作工具形狀等。本研究分析了作用在犁體表面的土壤應(yīng)力和土壤變形力的空間分布。不同耕速(1,1.5和2m.s-1)耕深(5,10和15cm)和含水率(27,30和33%)條件下鏵犁在水田土中作用時(shí)所受三維力,并與仿真中的力進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果歸納如下:1.在室內(nèi)土槽實(shí)驗(yàn)中,運(yùn)用兩種形狀的工具-圓形(橫截面積12.56 cm2)和長(zhǎng)方形(橫截面積12.56 cm2)測(cè)量水田土壤在不同含水率(27,30和33%)和不同載荷(7.65,10.20和12.75 kg)下的流變參數(shù)。整個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:土壤含水率對(duì)土壤在不同加載速率下的變形影響很大,同時(shí)合適的工具形狀能控制不同載荷下的土壤變形。對(duì)于流變參數(shù)(E1, E2, λ1 and λ2),土壤含水率對(duì)其影響很顯著,而加載速率不顯著。不同含水率、載荷和工具形狀下,流變參數(shù)的均值差異顯著。2.在傳感器和虛擬儀器的協(xié)同作用下,測(cè)量了作用于鏵式犁表面的11個(gè)不同點(diǎn)處的土...
