【摘要】：環(huán)境變化給北極原住民帶來的影響是全方位的,涉及到經(jīng)濟、文化、教育、健康、飲食等方方面面,本文以經(jīng)濟要素為主線,以加拿大因紐特民族為例,考察北極原住民在近年來全球環(huán)境變化下的社會生活的變遷。首先,環(huán)境變化使因紐特人的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟活動——狩獵只能在夾縫中求生存;其次,環(huán)境變化使北極地區(qū)豐富的礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)提供了便利,然而從可持續(xù)發(fā)展的視角來看,環(huán)境變化給經(jīng)濟活動帶來的邊際效益將隨著資源的開發(fā)殆盡而對因紐特人造成無法估量的影響;最后,旅游業(yè)是因紐特民族的第二大產(chǎn)業(yè),然而那些可以滿足游客獵奇心理的因紐特人傳統(tǒng)活動已經(jīng)隨著氣候、環(huán)境的變化,以及外來文明的沖擊而悄然發(fā)生了變遷�？傮w而言,環(huán)境變化對因紐特人利弊參半,前途莫測。
[Abstract]:The impact of environmental change on the indigenous peoples of the Arctic is all-round, involving economic, cultural, educational, health, diet and other aspects. This article takes the economic elements as the main line, taking the Inuit nation of Canada as an example. To examine the changes in the social life of the Arctic aborigines in recent years under global environmental changes. First of all, environmental changes make the traditional economic activities of the Inuit people-hunting can only survive in the crevices; Secondly, environmental change has facilitated the exploitation of rich mineral resources in the Arctic, but from the perspective of sustainable development, The marginal benefits brought by environmental change to economic activities will have an inestimable impact on the Inuit people with the exploitation of resources. Finally, tourism is the second largest industry of the Inuit nation, but the traditional activities of the Inuit, which can satisfy the tourists' strange hunting psychology, have changed quietly with the change of climate, the environment and the impact of the foreign civilization. Overall, environmental change has mixed pros and cons for the Inuit, and the future is uncertain.
