【摘要】：以物為線索,從經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)關(guān)系角度切入,首先通過(guò)對(duì)家庭、家族的構(gòu)成與運(yùn)作之考察,來(lái)分析家庭再生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的鹽田經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況以及不同歷史時(shí)期鹽田經(jīng)營(yíng)中所展現(xiàn)出的家族關(guān)系,以具體的個(gè)案細(xì)微地描述了家族與鹽田經(jīng)營(yíng)之間的關(guān)系,指出明確的社會(huì)分工所展現(xiàn)出的農(nóng)工相輔的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。其次,關(guān)注海鹽流通與親屬關(guān)系的擴(kuò)展,指明鹽田婦女依托親屬關(guān)系拓展海鹽市場(chǎng)的同時(shí),相應(yīng)地以海鹽的流通擴(kuò)大了通婚范圍,不斷促進(jìn)鹽田村親屬關(guān)系的擴(kuò)展與延伸。這種經(jīng)濟(jì)嵌入社會(huì)的過(guò)程,正是島嶼社會(huì)中的鹽田人進(jìn)行鹽田經(jīng)營(yíng)的文化邏輯。
[Abstract]:Starting from the angle of economic and social relations, through the investigation of the composition and operation of the family and the family, To analyze the status of salt field management in the process of family reproduction and the family relationship shown in salt field management in different historical periods, and to describe the relationship between family and salt field management in detail with specific cases. Pointed out that the clear social division of labor shows the characteristics of agricultural and industrial auxiliary social structure. Secondly, we pay attention to the expansion of sea salt circulation and kinship relationship, and point out that women in salt field expand the sea salt market by relying on the relatives relationship, and at the same time, the circulation of sea salt expands the range of intermarriage and promotes the expansion and extension of the kinship relationship in Yantian village. This process of embedding economy into society is the cultural logic of salt farming in island society.
