【摘要】：目前,我國數(shù)量巨大而參與人數(shù)難以估計的城鄉(xiāng)草根組織處于管理與研究的空白地帶。本文運用常人方法學(xué)的實踐局部性、索引性、權(quán)宜性和反身性概念,分析云南省的白族蓮池會、景頗族婦女禁毒聯(lián)防隊和藏族姐妹會的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、背景愿望、運作策略和社會空間,以期推動對少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的鄉(xiāng)村婦女組織進行相關(guān)探討。
[Abstract]:At present, the large number of urban and rural grassroots organizations in China, which are difficult to estimate the number of participants, are in the blank area of management and research. Using the concepts of local, indexed, expedient and reflexive, this paper analyzes the organizational structure and background desire of the Bai Lianchi meeting, the Jingpo Women's Anti-Drug Defense team and the Tibetan Sisters' Association in Yunnan Province. Operational strategies and social space to promote the discussion of rural women's organizations in minority areas.
