【摘要】：云南與緬甸、越南、老撾等周邊國家的邊境地區(qū)居住著16個跨境而居的少數(shù)民族。長期以來,跨境民族之間基于族緣和親緣紐帶,在婚姻、勞務(wù)、語言文字、節(jié)日、宗教、教育、學(xué)術(shù)、新聞媒體、政府聯(lián)誼、演藝等多種領(lǐng)域存在著廣泛的文化交流和互動�？缇趁褡逦幕涣骰釉诳傮w上有利于邊疆繁榮穩(wěn)定的同時,也面臨一些問題和隱憂。建議將"文化興邊、文化睦鄰"確立為邊疆文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,用經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的硬實(shí)力來支撐文化軟實(shí)力的繁榮發(fā)展,將文化興邊確立為"興邊富民行動"的重要內(nèi)容,積極開展民族宗教文化交流,妥善處置跨境民族婚姻交流帶來的問題。
[Abstract]:Yunnan has 16 ethnic minorities living across borders with Burma, Vietnam, Laos and other neighboring countries. For a long time, there is a wide range of cultural exchanges and interactions among cross-border ethnic groups in many fields, such as marriage, labor, language, festivals, religion, education, academic, news media, government fellowship, performing arts and so on. Cross-border cultural exchanges and interactions are conducive to the prosperity and stability of the border, but also face some problems and hidden worries. It is suggested to establish "cultural rejuvenation and cultural good-neighborliness" as the strategy of cultural development in frontier areas, to support the prosperity and development of cultural soft power with the hard power of economic and social development, and to establish cultural rejuvenation as the important content of "rejuvenating the border and enriching the people". Actively carry out ethnic religious and cultural exchanges and properly handle the problems caused by cross-border ethnic marriage exchanges.
