【摘要】：國(guó)發(fā)[2015]46號(hào)——《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展民族教育的決定》,明確指出:要“在師范院校和民族院校設(shè)立馬克思主義民族理論與政策師范專業(yè),培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育課教師”。廣西壯族自治區(qū)作為全國(guó)少數(shù)民族人口最多的地區(qū),發(fā)展本地區(qū)的民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育是全區(qū)各級(jí)各類(lèi)學(xué)校的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。而響應(yīng)《決定》的號(hào)召,依托廣西民族辦學(xué)的特色與優(yōu)勢(shì)在全區(qū)11所師范院校和民族院校中開(kāi)設(shè)馬克思主義民族理論與政策師范專業(yè),為廣西全區(qū)乃至全國(guó)培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)一批專業(yè)的民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育師資,同樣也是這些高校應(yīng)該承擔(dān)的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。本文正文部分主要包括三個(gè)部分。第一部分是對(duì)馬克思主義民族理論與政策師范專業(yè)的概述和設(shè)置,以明確擬增設(shè)專業(yè)的相關(guān)屬性、區(qū)分度以及設(shè)置該專業(yè)的合理性、原則。第二部分是對(duì)廣西高校馬克思主義民族理論與政策師范專業(yè)創(chuàng)辦路徑的分析,得出廣西民族大學(xué)是廣西眾多高校中最具條件開(kāi)設(shè)馬克思主義民族理論與政策師范專業(yè)的院校。第三部分是對(duì)廣西民族大學(xué)馬克思主義民族理論與政策師范專業(yè)建設(shè)措施的一系列設(shè)想。希望通過(guò)本文對(duì)馬克思主義民族理論與政策師范專業(yè)做出的系統(tǒng)論述,為本專業(yè)在廣西以及全國(guó)師范院校和民族院校的創(chuàng)辦以及在正式進(jìn)入高校專業(yè)建設(shè)序列后的建設(shè)發(fā)展提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:Guofa [2015] 46- "decision on speeding up the Development of ethnic Education", clearly pointed out: "to establish a Marxist national theory and policy in normal colleges and universities, to train and train national unity education teachers". Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region is the region with the largest minority population in China. It is the responsibility and duty of all kinds of schools in this region to develop the education of ethnic unity in this region. In response to the call of "decision", and relying on the characteristics and advantages of Guangxi's ethnic education, 11 normal colleges and universities in the whole region have set up a major in Marxist national theory and policy. It is also the responsibility and obligation of these colleges and universities to train a group of professional teachers of ethnic unity education for the whole region and even the whole country of Guangxi. The text of this paper mainly includes three parts. The first part is the summary and setting of the specialty of Marxist national theory and policy teacher training, in order to make clear the related attribute, the degree of distinction and the rationality and principle of setting up the specialty. The second part is the analysis of the path of the establishment of the specialty of Marxist national theory and policy in Guangxi universities and colleges. It is concluded that Guangxi University for nationalities is the most qualified institution to set up the specialty of Marxist national theory and policy in many colleges and universities in Guangxi. The third part is a series of tentative ideas about the specialty construction of Marxist national theory and policy in Guangxi University for nationalities. Through this article, I hope to make a systematic discussion on the specialty of Marxist national theory and policy teachers. It provides some references for the establishment of this major in Guangxi and the whole country, and the construction and development after entering the professional construction sequence of colleges and universities.
