【摘要】：在多民族國(guó)家中,國(guó)家主導(dǎo)的民族地區(qū)國(guó)家化進(jìn)程并非一蹴而就,而民族群體欲進(jìn)入國(guó)家體系獲得應(yīng)有的權(quán)益也需要付出努力。本文以老撾北部瑯南塔省勐新縣帕雅洛村阿卡人這一民族志個(gè)案,展現(xiàn)了一個(gè)山地民族從政府實(shí)施移居壩區(qū)政策期間拒絕下山到后來(lái)在國(guó)家力量和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)共同作用下主動(dòng)涌入壩區(qū)的歷程。同時(shí),移居壩區(qū)的阿卡人在不斷尋求經(jīng)濟(jì)生活改善的過(guò)程中,也在主動(dòng)進(jìn)行文化調(diào)適,并創(chuàng)造性地繼承傳統(tǒng)文化,從而融入"文明"進(jìn)程,并力圖在國(guó)家化進(jìn)程中獲得更大的權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:In a multi-ethnic country, the nationalization process of national regions led by the state is not accomplished overnight, and it is necessary for ethnic groups to gain their due rights and interests in the national system. In this paper, a case study of the ethnology of the Aka people in Paialuo Village, Mengxin County, Luangta Province, northern Laos, is presented. It shows the course of a mountain nation refusing to go down the mountain from the period when the government carried out the policy of moving to the dam area to the later active influx into the dam area under the joint action of the state force and the market economy. At the same time, the Akkas who have moved to the dam area, while constantly seeking to improve their economic life, are also taking the initiative to adapt their culture and creatively inherit the traditional culture, thus integrating into the process of "civilization", And strive to gain greater rights and interests in the process of nationalization.
