【摘要】：在粵北坪村藍(lán)氏宗族進(jìn)行傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)形態(tài)的田野調(diào)查中,發(fā)現(xiàn)在民國(guó)時(shí)期,藍(lán)氏宗族的"高利貸行為"兼具市場(chǎng)私性與宗族公共性。在深度還原和解剖"高利貸行為"的基礎(chǔ)上,提出"吸納性規(guī)制"的概念,并以此解釋"高利貸行為"的存在原因、公共化的內(nèi)在邏輯及其運(yùn)行機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步解釋資源貧乏型宗族何以維系與生存、以及宗族與市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系等問(wèn)題,從而回答"市場(chǎng)行為宗族化"的一般性命題。
[Abstract]:In the field investigation of the traditional economic and social forms of the Lanshi clan in Pingcun village in northern Guangdong Province, it is found that in the period of the Republic of China, the "usury" of the Lanshi clan had both market privacy and clan publicity. On the basis of deep reduction and dissection of "usury", this paper puts forward the concept of "absorbing regulation", and explains the reasons for the existence of "usury", the internal logic of publicity and its operating mechanism. This paper further explains why resource-poor clans maintain and survive, and the relationship between clans and markets, so as to answer the general proposition of "clannization of market behavior".
