【摘要】：土爾扈特蒙古東歸后,焉耆地區(qū)蒙古族在新疆蒙古族各部落中占有舉足輕重的地位。本文擬以《民國新疆焉耆地區(qū)蒙古族檔案選編》和《近代新疆蒙古歷史檔案》兩部檔案結(jié)合相關(guān)資料,在以往傳統(tǒng)的社會(huì)研究目標(biāo)基礎(chǔ)上并探討其社會(huì)領(lǐng)域是否具備現(xiàn)代化氣息。全文一共分成七個(gè)部分:第一部分是導(dǎo)言,介紹了選題意義、研究概況、研究方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等。第二部分為民國焉耆地區(qū)行政區(qū)劃與蒙古族社會(huì)之組成,對(duì)焉耆地區(qū)行政區(qū)劃及兩部落的由來進(jìn)行溯源爬梳,對(duì)論文涉及地域與部落等進(jìn)行界定,解決蒙古族社會(huì)構(gòu)成的問題。第三部分為政治部分,圍繞盟旗制與縣治廢立歷程變遷和蒙古族政治參與兩大視角對(duì)蒙古族政治實(shí)踐進(jìn)行展示與分析。第四部分為經(jīng)濟(jì)方面,從畜牧業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)兩大分類出發(fā),從經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、問題表現(xiàn)入手,表明焉耆地區(qū)是一個(gè)封閉性強(qiáng)、原始、落后的傳統(tǒng)型經(jīng)濟(jì)。第五部分為教育章節(jié),圍繞各種教育發(fā)展脈絡(luò),指出民國焉耆地區(qū)教育既有發(fā)展又有制約瓶頸,并對(duì)發(fā)展原因、成效及局限性均作深究。第六部分是對(duì)焉耆地區(qū)蒙古族政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育是否具備相應(yīng)的現(xiàn)代化及影響現(xiàn)代化的制約因素進(jìn)行了論述。第七部分是結(jié)語,以現(xiàn)代化對(duì)前文各過程研究作統(tǒng)一總結(jié),主要有三個(gè)小結(jié)論一個(gè)總括:焉耆地區(qū)政治現(xiàn)代化的傾向已經(jīng)得以凸顯;經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展頗為緩慢;教育現(xiàn)代化的趨勢漸為明顯。所以,此時(shí)的蒙古族社會(huì)已有具備漸入現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展軌道的跡象,但仍主要表現(xiàn)為一個(gè)由傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程過渡的社會(huì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者認(rèn)為在階級(jí)色彩濃厚的民國時(shí)期,焉耆地區(qū)蒙古族社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化的道路不可能一帆風(fēng)順。由是,要實(shí)現(xiàn)焉耆地區(qū)社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化,就必須實(shí)現(xiàn)民族團(tuán)結(jié)、民族平等、各民族共同繁榮。
[Abstract]:Tuerhute Mongolia east to Yanqi, the Mongolian region occupies a pivotal position in the tribes of Mongolian in Xinjiang. This paper intends to Xinjiang Yanqi area of Mongolian archives collection < > and < > two in Xinjiang Mongolia historical archives of the archives with relevant information, in the traditional social research target based on and explore whether the social field with modern atmosphere. The paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction, introduces the significance of the topic, research status, research methods, innovation points and so on. The second part is composed of administrative divisions in the Yanqi area and the Mongolian society, the origin of the administrative divisions of Yanqi area and two tribes were traced through. The paper defines regional and tribal involved, solve the Mongolian social problems. The third part is a political part, around the flag and the county waste legislation change process and Mongolian Two from the perspective of political participation for display and analysis of the Mongolian political practice. The fourth part is the economic aspect, from the perspective of animal husbandry and agriculture two categories, from the economic structure, problems with that in Yanqi area is a closed, primitive, traditional and backward economy. The fifth part is the education section all around the context of education development, education in Yanqi region are pointed out and the development bottleneck, and the reason of development, achievements and limitations were explored. The sixth part is the economy of Mongolian politics, Yanqi area, whether education with modernization and affect the modernized restrictive factors are discussed. The seventh part is in conclusion, the above research on modernization process of unified summary, there are three main conclusions: in a small Yanqi area has the tendency of political modernization development is highlighted; economic modernization Slowly; the tendency of educational modernization is gradually obvious. Therefore, the existing Mongolian society have signs gradually into its modernization, but still mainly as a transition from the tradition to the modernization of the society. On this basis, the author thinks that in the class of strong colors of the period of the Republic of China, the road of Mongolian Social Modernization in Yanqi region may not. Everything is going smoothly. by is, to realize the modernization of the society in Yanqi area, we must achieve national unity, ethnic equality and common prosperity of all nationalities.
