民族接觸促進跨民族互動的心理機制

【摘要】:采用問卷法測量了漢族大學生對少數(shù)民族持有的刻板印象程度等變量,分析了民族接觸、民族刻板印象、群際焦慮和交往態(tài)度相互作用的機制。結果表明:漢族大學生對少數(shù)民族持有明顯的刻板印象,包括積極刻板印象和消極刻板印象;民族接觸能減少消極刻板印象,從而降低群際焦慮,最終改善漢族大學生與少數(shù)民族學生的交往態(tài)度。因此,廣泛創(chuàng)造民族接觸的機會,提高接觸質量,改變民族之間認知上的偏差,是促進和改善跨民族互動的重要策略。
[Abstract]:By using the questionnaire method, we measured the degree of stereotype held by Han university students to ethnic minorities, and analyzed the interaction mechanism of ethnic contact, ethnic stereotype, intergroup anxiety and communication attitude.The results show that Han students have obvious stereotype towards ethnic minorities, including positive stereotype and negative stereotype, and ethnic contact can reduce negative stereotype and thus reduce intergroup anxiety.Finally, improve the communication attitude between Han students and minority students.Therefore, it is an important strategy to promote and improve cross-national interaction to create opportunities for ethnic contact, improve the quality of contact, and change the cognitive bias among ethnic groups.
