【摘要】：發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定是治理西藏的重要問題,但是治理的前提首先要認清西藏的基本特點,這是制定西藏發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定政策的重要依據(jù)。雖然對西藏特點的認識在不同時期見仁見智,但仍有加深認識的空間。本文從西藏內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境的二元視角,結(jié)合西藏社會長期面臨的主要矛盾和特殊矛盾這"兩個矛盾",分析其特點和問題。
[Abstract]:Development and stability is an important issue in the governance of Tibet, but the prerequisite of governance is to recognize the basic characteristics of Tibet, which is an important basis for formulating the policy of Tibet's development and stability.Although the understanding of the characteristics of Tibet in different periods, but there is still room for further understanding.From the dual perspective of Tibet's internal and external environment, this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of the "two contradictions", which are the principal contradictions and the special contradictions that the Tibetan society has been facing for a long time.
