【摘要】：幾千年來(lái)宗族共同體歷經(jīng)滄桑和巨變而未曾消解,血脈相承才是宗族存在與維持的先決條件。在桂北枧村進(jìn)行田野調(diào)查時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)該村鐘氏宗族延續(xù)有著一套特殊機(jī)制——排他性繼嗣,囿于血脈底色,并深入剖析排他性繼嗣行為的歷史根源、實(shí)踐邏輯與功能機(jī)制,以此解釋宗族共同體何以生存與維系的難題,同時(shí),排他性繼嗣存在明顯限度:專斷性和等級(jí)性。從變遷視角來(lái)看,排他性嗣繼具有階段性,其逐漸向民主化與人性化轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:For thousands of years the clan community has gone through vicissitudes of vicissitudes and great changes and has not been dispelled. It is the prerequisite for the clan to exist and maintain. It is found that the continuation of the Zhongshi clan in this village has a set of special mechanism- exclusive heirs, limited by the background of blood and veins, and deeply analyzes the historical origin, practical logic and functional mechanism of the behavior of exclusive step-heirs. At the same time, there are obvious limits of exclusive heirs: arbitrariness and hierarchy. From the perspective of change, exclusive heirs have stages. Its gradual transition to democratization and humanization.
