【摘要】：云南哈尼族的遷徙史詩(shī)中有著極為豐富的契約敘事。這些契約敘事的基本結(jié)構(gòu)可分為"立約→違約→承擔(dān)違約后果"與"立約→踐約→完約"兩種基本類(lèi)型。"立約→違約→承擔(dān)違約后果"型契約敘事反映了人與自然、人與人之間關(guān)系的失調(diào),違約者只能被迫遷徙;"立約→踐約→完約"型契約敘事反映了人與神、人與人之間關(guān)系的調(diào)和,其結(jié)果為立約、踐約者重建了秩序井然、和諧美好的家園。
[Abstract]:In the migratory epic of the Hani people in Yunnan, there is a very rich contract narrative. The basic structure of the narrative can be divided into "contract, breach of contract, liability for breach of the covenant consequences" and "covenant, to end about a" two basic types.
