心理護理臨床路徑在冠狀動脈旁路移植術(shù)病人中的應用

Objective To explore the applying efficiency of psychological care clinical nursing pathway in coronary artery bypass graft(CABG).Methods Forty patients undergoing CABG in our hospital during January 2007 to April 2010 were randomly divided into the pathway group and the control group.Each group had 20 patients.The routine nursing care was given in the control group,while psychological care clinical nursing pathway was given in the pathway group.The medical expenses and time for hospitalization and the degree of patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The medical expenses and time for hospitalization in the pathway group were lower than thoes in the control group,and the degree of patients satisfaction of the pathway group was higher than that in the control group(all P 0.05).Conclusion The application of rational psychological care clinical nursing pathway,and the enhancement psychological care of CABG patients,can improve mental health status of CABG patients,and lower the medical expenses and time for hospitalization,and enhance the degree of patients' satisfaction.
