從肝論治失眠研究進展 Progress Research on Treatment of Insomnia from Liver

摘要：

失眠病因雖多，病機總以陰虛陽盛，陰陽不交為主�，F(xiàn)代生活節(jié)奏的加快導(dǎo)致人們承受的精神心理壓力增加，情緒波動也較大。以失眠為主癥的患者，多表現(xiàn)有情緒變化或精神刺激，而此類表現(xiàn)多與肝的功能關(guān)系密切。因此，臨床上臨證施治首當(dāng)從肝論治，結(jié)合臟腑氣血辨證，兼顧調(diào)理其他臟腑，才能收到更為滿意的療效。

Abstract： 

Although insomnia has many etiology,mainly pathogenesis with Yin deficiency and Yang excess,Yin and Yang is not deliv_ered. The fast pace of modern life leading to the spirit of people in psychological pressure increases,the mood fluctuation is greater. With insomnia patients,multiple manifestations of changes in mood or mental stimulation,and this kind of expression of multiple relation with liver function closely. Therefore,clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment first from liver,combined with the viscera,Qi and blood syndrome differentiation,both conditioning other organs,in order to receive a more satisfactory curative effect.
