音樂治療的臨床操作規(guī)律 霍橡楠 作者單位：廣州 星海音樂學(xué)院 510006 [摘要] 目的 探討音樂治療的臨床操作規(guī)律，旨為人們?cè)谝魳分委熍R床操作中提供啟示。方法 闡述了音樂治療臨床操作理論的獨(dú)立性和重要性，并對(duì)音樂介入臨床治療的基本規(guī)律進(jìn)行了分析。 結(jié)果 在音樂治療臨床中應(yīng)該根據(jù)治療的具體需要，靈活地選擇、調(diào)整、運(yùn)用音樂形式介入治療； 應(yīng)該把服從現(xiàn)實(shí)的治療需要放為第一位，在尊重了治療需要的前提下，再考慮患者的習(xí)慣。結(jié)論 音 樂治療應(yīng)結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)的治療條件和患者的個(gè)人情況，靈活的選擇、調(diào)整、綜合運(yùn)用音樂治療方法。 [關(guān)鍵詞] 音樂治療；臨床實(shí)踐；操作理論 ［Abstract ］Objective To investigate clinical manipulation of music therapy ．Methods The basic law of clinical manipulation of music theray was analyzed.The independence and significance of clinical manipulation of music theray were explained ． Results In the clinical use of music therapy ，， the music needed selecting ， adjusted and used fexibly according to its base on the actual needs ． The need for treatment was put at the first place and then the habits of patients were considered ． Conclusioin Music therapy should be manipulated by selecting ， adjusting and using the therapy based on the medical understandings and individual conditions ． ［Key words ］ music therapy ； clinical practice ； manipulation therapy 音樂是人類創(chuàng)造的最偉大的精神財(cái)富,它不僅給人以美的享受,而且通過心理和生理的作用,影響人 的身心和行為。隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)的發(fā)展,音樂對(duì)健康的影響逐漸受到人們的關(guān)注。音樂治療是一門集音 樂，醫(yī)學(xué)和心理學(xué)為一體的邊緣交叉的學(xué)科[1] 。音樂治療的臨床操作理論是音樂治療的學(xué)科理論和 音樂治療臨床實(shí)踐
