【摘要】：目的探索假肢接受腔常規(guī)消毒的可行性。方法 2016年6月至8月,采用復合季銨鹽消毒劑對19名下肢假肢穿戴者穿戴的假肢接受腔進行擦拭消毒,對套襪噴霧消毒,每天晚上1次,持續(xù)3周。每周現(xiàn)場調(diào)查和采樣,行菌落計數(shù),分離鑒定金黃色葡萄球菌、銅綠假單胞菌、大腸桿菌、白色念珠菌。結(jié)果消毒后,假肢接受腔細菌菌落數(shù)降低1.8~3.0個對數(shù)值,真菌總數(shù)降低1.6~1.9個對數(shù)值;消毒前樣本分離到金黃色葡萄球菌1株,大腸桿菌1株,消毒后樣本中分離出銅綠假單胞菌1株;持續(xù)消毒后,假肢接受腔異味除去效果明顯,濕疹及瘙癢癥狀減輕或消失。結(jié)論假肢接受腔經(jīng)復合季銨鹽消毒后,可有效減少微生物污染,去除異味,減少濕疹等皮膚病的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility of routine disinfection of artificial limbs. Methods from June to August 2016, 19 lower limb wearers were wiped and sterilized by compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, and socks were sterilized by spray disinfection once a day for 3 weeks.
